Meet the Artist

Lena Rising is a digital artist specialising in conceptual imagery and storytelling through fine art photography and editing.

She is recognised for the distinctive imaginative worlds she creates blended with her unique storytelling. 

The finished artwork consists of a multitude of images, and Lena is the originator of the whole process of image-building; from the preliminary photo-shoots, (mostly self-portraiture), to the blending of other images and pieces of photographic images.

 

The artworks are beautiful but also powerful, and the stories they tell are thought-provoking metaphors of everyday life and the emotional experiences we all share.

Originally from Sweden, Lena now lives with her husband in the UK and the South of France.
